What is your shipping policy?

All of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. We thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship to the U.S--sorry for any inconvenience!

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we're unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Please email us at contact.grippysockvacation@gmail.com if we made a mistake or if you're not 100% satisfied with your order.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do! If you're a studio owner or boutique interested in having Grippy Sock Vacation socks in stock please email us using our contact form and we'll get back to you ASAP.

What if I don't get my order?

Once your order is shipped, Grippy Sock Vacation relinquishes the responsibility of delivery to our shipping partners, therefore we recommend you contact them. If you still are having issues, feel free to reach out!

What material are your socks?

Our socks are made of a blend of 75% cotton, 20% polyester and 5% Spandex.

What size are your socks?

We offer one size fits most socks.

Can I machine wash my socks?

Yes you can! We recommend you hang them to dry to preserve their quality.

What about that mental health component?

As mentioned in our about page, a portion of all our proceeds are donated to NAMI, a mental health non-profit organization.
